How it works

Four steps. Then it runs itself.

Onsite knows Zoom, Teams, Webex and browser calls. It stays out of the way until a meeting starts, and it never records without asking.

It notices the meeting

When a call starts, Onsite notices. When there is no call, it does nothing.

You decide

A prompt asks whether to record. If you do nothing, nothing is recorded.

Your computer writes the transcript

Speech recognition runs on your own processor. Speakers are told apart automatically: you, and everyone else.

You get a Markdown file

Saved to Documents/Meetings. Open it in any editor and search it with Spotlight.
